Job description / Role
- Safe and efficient delivery of Projects to both Client and Company satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Company Operating and Financial Procedures within Projects
- Meet or exceed Project Profit targets (and where set, stretch target)
- Efficiently manage and secure Tenders with the support of Business Development
- Develop concept presentations, business plans and pitch documents in accordance to client or company briefs
- Conduct market research on existing and new concepts to assist in the development stage
- Develop a database of suppliers for procurement and sourcing of FF&E and OS&E
- Shadow the Assistant/Manager Projects in client meeting and site spot checks
- Develop minutes of meetings and consolidate client briefs
- Coordinate the branding and interior design elements of the of the concepts under development in coordination with the Projects Manager/Director
- Create a client approval form for all samples during the pre-opening phase
- Other tasks assigned by Assistant Projects Manager, Projects Manager and Projects Director within the scope of your role and accountabilities which are not listed here
Requirements
- Degree or Placement in a reputable Hospitality Management University
- Willingness to accept responsibility when delegated.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good communicator. Good workload management skills
