Position Title: F&B Purchasing Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Retain % COGS as per budget and strive to decrease costs as per assignments
• Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising the quality or service
• Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are being met
• Negotiate contracts and monitor the quality of service and product provided
• Ensure the companies purchasing systems are up to date with products and pricing to facilitate its smooth operation at restaurant level
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in a stand-alone hospitality/F&B industry
