The F&B and Retail Unit Head will lead the strategic and operational direction of all food, beverage, and retail functions across the entertainment project. The role ensures that every commercial offering enhances the guest experience while achieving strong financial and strategic outcomes.
Client Details
* Our client is an Abu Dhabi based iconic entertainment project
Description
* Develop and implement integrated F&B and retail strategies that align with the project's overall commercial and guest experience goals.
* Set annual sales targets, pricing frameworks, and key performance indicators for all outlets.
* Identify and manage brand collaborations, partnerships, and activation opportunities to strengthen the project's retail and dining reputation.
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent delivery, compliance, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
* Manage relationships with vendors and operators, including selection, evaluation, and contract renewals in coordination with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
* Lead product curation, menu development, and campaign planning to ensure brand alignment and innovation.
* Approve marketing, merchandising, and promotional activities that enhance visitor engagement and drive revenue.
* Monitor industry trends and guest preferences to continuously refine offerings and maintain competitive differentiation.
* Conduct performance reviews and prepare reports on commercial results, operational efficiency, and guest feedback.

Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, bringing extensive experience in F&B and retail operations within entertainment, leisure, or hospitality environments.
* Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
* They will possess strong commercial insight, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build partnerships that elevate both experience and profitability.
* 7-10 years of proven experience in managing multi-site or concept-driven F&B and retail operations.
* Demonstrated success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to balance creative and operational priorities.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
