Job description / Role
The F&B Senior Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality training services in the F&B Division in line with the Training & Development departmental strategies.
Key Accountabilities
• Design, develop and deliver F&B training courses/ sessions in coordination with the Education team and Training & Development Manager
• Supervise and document training activities/programs’ effectiveness and costs while preparing reports that justify expenditures
• Assess and supervise brand training delivery to ensure maintenance of professional standards
• Conduct assessment of training needs while consulting with the Training & Development Manager and HR Manager
• Ensure prompt resolution of issues through developing/keeping strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Put in place and assist Shop/Assistant Managers in implementing the competency processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, F&B or Business Administration
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Office
