Position Title: F&B Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A highly respected group in the coffee industry, based in Abu Dhabi, known for it's high quality coffee brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region.

Job Description:
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Knowledgeable of coffee and tea preparation and service
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
