Job description / Role
Objectives:
Façade Designer/Draftsman is required to assist senior designers
Main Responsibilities:
• Studying the project specifications to prepare shop drawings based on project requirements
• Coordinating with technical team and estimation team to comply with project budget
• Preparing shop drawings for aluminum curtain wall, windows, doors, handrails and other aluminum works
• Preparing as built drawings
Reporting to: Senior Designer
Number required: 2
Duration: 2 year contract (renewable)
Desired start date: 0-30 days
Probation: 3 months
Requirements
• The suitable candidate must have minimum 3 years work experience in UAE in similar role and industry.
• Fluent in English language.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and have strong attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet targeted deadlines
• Positive attitude and supportive behaviour
