Salary – 25,000 – 30,000 AED per month

Our client is seeking a Fabrication Manager for our Fibre Glass Department.
The Fibre Glass Fabrication Manager will manage 30 team members and be responsible for streamlining our production process for maximum throughput. Our Fibre Glass fabrication department produces custom Fibre Glass products for our customers.
We need five years of management experience in a medium-to-high volume Fibre Glass fabrication production environment is required
Responsibilities:
* Streamlines Fibre Glass fabrication production processes to achieve maximum throughput
* Develops manufacturing strategies to meet cost and delivery requirements
* Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments
* Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology.
* Investigates and resolves design and manufacturing issues.
* Assists in designing and estimating Fibre Glass projects and products, including manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document projects and contracts.
* Oversees the design and building of tooling and fixtures.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in a medium-to-high volume Fibre Glass fabrication production environment
* Knowledge and experience with welding, band saws, press brakes, lasers, etc.
