Responsibilities
The key objectives for this role are:
- Supervising the fabrication and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Ensuring all fabrication work meets required quality standards and industry regulations.
- Allocating resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tracking project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during fabrication and installation.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including work logs and inspection reports.

Expected:
- B.Sc. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university/college is desired or equivalent level site experience in similar roles.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry (offshore/onshore) with comprehensive hands-on experience in construction engineering.
- Good HSE awareness and commitment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
