Responsibilities

The key objectives for this role are:

• Supervising the fabrication and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
• Ensuring all fabrication work meets required quality standards and industry regulations.
• Allocating resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Tracking project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during fabrication and installation.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including work logs and inspection reports.

Expected:

• B.Sc. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university/college is desired or equivalent level site experience in similar roles.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry (offshore/onshore) with comprehensive hands-on experience in construction engineering.
• Good HSE awareness and commitment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
