We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our team in the motorhome and caravan manufacturing industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in metal fabrication and assembly, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of motorhomes and caravans, ensuring that each unit meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetics. Responsibilities:
- Interpret and read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and processes for fabrication.
- Use various tools and equipment, including cutting machines, welding equipment, and hand tools, to fabricate and assemble Sub frame , Bumpers , boxes and metal components.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide input on design feasibility and material selection.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in fabrication.
- Modify and repair existing components as needed to meet production requirements.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior fabricators and apprentices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to fabrication techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste disposal and recycling.

- Proven experience as a fabricator in the motorhome, caravan manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and other metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication processes, and hand tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift materials and work in various positions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to quality and safety standards in all aspects of work.
- Relevant certifications in welding or fabrication are a plus.
- Vocational training or certification in welding, metalwork, or a related field is preferred.
