To be qualified you should be an experienced Facade Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. You should have more than 5 years of experience on Building Maintence Unit(BMU). Exposure on BIM (Building Information Model) and technical understanding of the relevant code standards, including CDM guidelines and EN standards will be added advantage.
