Position Title: Facade Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Study contract agreement, job specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine appropriate construction methods and prepare/submit project progress reports, or project tracking reports.
• Coordinate with design/technical department for the shop drawings, structural calculation and material submittal.
• Shop drawings and materials approval follow-up with client/consultant/main contractor
• Coordinate on-site activities according to project’s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards
• Confer with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Façade industry as a Project Manager
• Deep knowledge of steel structures, façade systems, stick systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, canopy, pergola, handrail and glazing etc.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
