Currently working alongside a market leading facades contractor who have continued to deliver key projects across the UAE that typically include complex façade packages. There is therefore an increasing demand to give extra support to this technically challenging aspect of the build. This demand has opened an exciting opportunity within their commercial team. They’re looking for an experienced Facades Estimator with a proven track record of delivering challenging façade packages, ideally on projects with an overall value of more than $100million

Requirements

The group are looking for a Estimator with exceptional client interfacing capabilities. The Group MD is looking for someone who can evolve into a leadership role for the firm and for someone who can be entrusted with managing core and long standing client relationships. 80% plus of the works undertaken are repeat works. Package values are from 50m to 100m. This is a unique opportunity with a group of companies that have tremendous work streams and profitability. The group is very highly regarded in terms of industry recognition.
