Job description / Role
• To support the COE facilitating learning programmes and assess the learning outcomes and evidence the results
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning method(s)
• Prepare conduct, and assess the learning programme
• Deliver training in line with the Learning Needs Analysis results
• Ensure that the L&OD methods meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of car
Requirements
• Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Intermediate English Language user (EPT Grade 4)
• Strong team player, ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility to work on shifts and weekends and deliver learning methods in-house and on-site
