Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The main purpose of this position is to provide support to Facilities Manager in monitoring and managing all the facility related activities within the company camps premises, providing guidance on the major cases and complications, manages also the Labor camp and dispatch according to the distribution plans and follow up on related performance, overseeing laborers well being ensuring abidance by set safety, health and hygiene regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise all facilities related activities within the company camp premises and ensure timely maintenance and smooth running of all the facilities up to an appropriate operational condition.
- Supervise all labor camp operation and daily activities, monitors reports and ensures proper implementation of company’s policies, procedures and propose amendment if needed.
- Manage laborers distribution planning at, performance and well-being.
- Monitor, assess and guide the performance of the Labor Affairs staff members.
- Develop policies, procedures and instructions necessary to ensure effective planning, operation and control of the department’s activities
- Develop documentation necessary to ensure effective control of health, safety and environmental aspects of all activities and promote HSE awareness within the department
- Ensures quality & safety within functions/ tasks performed by him and staff reporting to him.
- Reviews effectiveness of the QHSE system on a regular basis
- Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization
- Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to his/her job requirements
- Responsible for reporting to his/her superiors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety and company reputation.
- Performs other tasks and activities as requested.

Requirements

- Minimum BA Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Facilities industry
