Facilities Engineer

Job description / Role

Client is a leading facilities management company - are looking for a new Facilities Engineer with a background in MEP to assist in the maintenance of a premier education facility in Al Ain. Holding a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering as well as 10+ years experience in MEP facilities management, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a very competitive package.

Heavily preferred to have candidates already located in Al Ain or who will consider relocating for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• 10 years’ of MEP, Facilities management /maintenance experience in multifaceted development.
• Leadership and supervisory skills and experience – Managing people.
• Full knowledge and experience in MEP.
• Customer service, presentation and communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Trained CMMS – Maintenance Management Systems.
