Job description / Role
Purpose: To carry out onsite inspection of third party service contractors to ensure compliance with Contract and Service Operation Manuals in accordance with company requirements for projects and services. Soft Services are all services such as cleaning, reception, landscaping, pest control, security etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ U.A.E. experience in Hospitality or Facility Service / Facility Management
• Supervision Exposure with sound knowledge of contractor or subcontractor supervision and related disciplines.
• Valid U.A.E. Driving License
• Excellent communication skills
