Position Title: Facilities Management Director

Job Description:
• Setting technical, construction, educational and technological specifications for all facilities and facilities the institution and schools and the preparation of a procedural guide for specifications in terms of location and spaces construction according to the nature of use according to high standards
• Supervising the implementation of construction projects for buildings, educational facilities and facilities services, infrastructure, and others in coordination with the other Ministries and concerned parties
• Managing contracting operations with suppliers, including setting technical and financial specifications for projects to modify and improve infrastructure
• Supervising the plans for periodic, preventive and emergency maintenance work and preparing plans maintenance in coordination with school branches and the other Ministries
• Supervising the management of facilities maintenance contracts and following up on maintenance work based on scheduling approved periodic maintenance, coordination, and follow-up with the competent authorities on the progress of maintenance work

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationals
• Male, 50 years and below
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent in a similar field
• Master’s degree or PhD is an advantage
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
