Facilities Manager - UAE

Currently working with a large Facilities Management company based in the UAE that are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager.

This will include carrying out planned and preventative maintenance work across the site, cleaning, security, landscaping and BMS systems. The individual will be commercially astute and have managed P&L accounts for large scale FM contracts. Contractor management experience is must and he should also be experienced in measuring KPIs and monitoring SLAs across multiple contracts.

Requirements

- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree
- Facilities Management experience
- Contract Management
- Implementation of maintenance strategy
- Have managed a large scale property portfolio
- Ideally retail, residential & commercial
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to write detailed reports
