Job description / Role
Managing multiple facilities ensuring an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their work activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.
* Managing preventative maintenance and routine maintenance for the facilities.
* Conducting inspections and documenting inspection findings.
* Supervising the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
* Managing and reviewing service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
Requirements
This vacancy is open for UAE National candidates.
* Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience in Health & Safety Operations in UAE
* Previous Facilities Management experience is a must, preferably within Construction/Engineering.
