Job description / Role
Our client is a Western managed local real estate and contracting business, with headquarters in Dubai.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee both inhouse and external commercial and residential properties.
Requirements
Requirements:
- BSc - mechanical or electrical
- 15 years experience
- Based in UAE currently
- Has worked with a reputable FM provider
- Experienced in working with service providers, not just inhouse
- Mixed use portfolio
- Fluent in English. Arabic would be beneficial.
Salary is negotiable for the correct candidate. This is a hands on role, not just management. You will be client facing with excellent presentation and communication skills.
