Facilities Manager

- Responsible for maintaining the Park (FM services).
- Responsible for maintenance and service of work facilities.
- Responsible for security management.
- Ensuring all the facilities are looked upon.
- Responsible for MEP Contracts.
- Developing and implementing procedures and performance measures.
- Monitoring the activities and equipment's at the facility.
- Responsible for ensuring all systems and services to the park are maintained, and management of contracted suppliers.
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members, organize and complete job task scheduling for team members.
- Continually monitor staff through performance measures, and deliver on job training and development.
- Act as on shift Duty Manager when required to oversee park operations.
- Ensure proper standard operating procedures are in place for the department

Requirements

- Experience in Facilities Management.
- Someone who has worked with MEP experience.
- Understand, adapt and apply the principles referred in the BCEA, LRA and OHS Acts
- Monitoring & Team Management.
- Delegate tasks to team members.
- Organize and complete job task.
