Facilities Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management capabilities to ensure that our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role demands a proactive approach to facility management, ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing the overall environment for employees, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. The Facility Manager will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and promote sustainability initiatives while ensuring the wellbeing of all occupants.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and sustainability across all sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor conditions,

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, building systems, and safety regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Certifications in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP, or similar).
