Facilities Manager - Immediate Start - AED 25K - Dubai, UAE

The local UAE market is gathering pace already in 2018 and our client, a large reputable and established FM company are hiring in Dubai. They have a portfolio of blue chip global clients and manage services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, etc.

They are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Dubai operation. The successful candidate will be managing a high profile contract with a team of FM workers delivering hard and soft services to a commercial office location. Candidates should have experience in managing the day to day FM activities in a building, including MEP, cleaning and basic HSE. They should have excellent spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship. This is a client facing role and candidates are required to be highly presentable and well spoken. Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
- High school qualification or above
- Experience dealing with day to day FM coordination/building management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good report writing skills
- Able to start immediately
