Job description / Role
Client is a leading facilities management company based in Dubai - are looking to appoint a new Facilities Manager to the team.
The successful candidate will manage both pro-active and reactive residential services from small works to full home refurbishments. You will manage the wider community as well as the specific projects, ensuring the correct technicians/sub-contractors on site complete their works to the correct standard.
In addition to this, you will be able to detect new opportunities to expand the opportunities for additional workload on a proactive basis.
Requirements
- Western nationality preferred
- At least 3-5 years UAE experience in a similar role within Facilities Management
- Preferably some experience in business development as a side, able to find new ways to generate income for the company
- Preferably some experience project managing interior works
