Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international Professional Services Organisation who is looking to hire a proven Facilities Manager. Due to current restrictions we are only considering candidates who are currently based in Abu Dhabi.

For this full time role, it is absolutely crucial that you have had prior experience of facilities management within the UAE, working for a credible organisation. You shall be expected to work closely with the Head of Operations and will ensure the safety and security of all employees within the building. You will be accountable for the center's security, managing the Health and Safety policies whilst organizing the recruitment for the security team as a whole. You will also manage all vendors and third party agreements, re-negotiating costs and managing renewals where appropriate.

Requirements

About you
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities management. Whilst Arabic may be your mother tongue, you will be able to speak and write English fluently. The office is in a central location with parking and shops within easy distance. This is a superb permanent opportunity to secure a busy role with the scope to develop skill-set further in a global corporation. There is an annual discretionary bonus, good medical / insurance.
You will possess facilities and security management experience equating to at least five years within a professional services environment.

In character, you will be a strong communicator, confident and motivated. You will be able to instill professionalism in your colleagues and will have fantastic ability to prioritise workload. You will already be residing in Abu Dhabi and will be bilingual, with good communication skills both verbal and written in Arabic and English.
