Facilities Supervisor

Job description / Role

Our Client is currently looking for a facilities supervisor to join their facilities team in Ras Al Khaimah. As the facilities supervisor you’ll report directly into the Head of facilities and be responsible for planning and implementing the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency. Estimate costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitoring the construction process. Researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gather data relating to their ability to meet organisational needs. Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements. Managing office systems, which may include IT and office equipment, advising on energy efficiency. Managing budgets and keeping records of payments, refurbishment, renovations and office moves along with the general upkeep and maintenance of the office. Negotiating the best deals with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate you must have a Graduate degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering GCC experience in a Facilities Management company. Thorough knowledge of MEPC systems, delivery of FM services and requirements. Knowledge of control and enforcing of SLAs & KPIs. Good knowledge of a CAFM system is mandatory. Good Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
