Facilities Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of private properties and client facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing day-to-day Civil/Inteiror and MEP maintenance and emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience managing facilities or private properties
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Excellent client coordination and problem-solving skills
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
• Availability to attend to calls and maintenance needs 24/7

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
