Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of luxury villas and residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are running efficiently, maintain high service standards, and enhance the living experience for residents in our upscale developments in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of residential villa facilities ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to deliver timely and high-quality services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and repair costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all properties.
- Optimize facility processes and manage operational budgets effectively to maximize resource utilization.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve facility-related issues to maintain resident satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and budget performance for senior management.
- Collaborate with property development and management teams to support ongoing projects and future facility improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager, preferably in luxury residential or property development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of facility management processes, building systems, and regulatory compliance standards in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and budgeting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to facility maintenance and resident satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
