Job description / Role
Facility Manager up to 24k Aed for a Facility Management Company in Dubai
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
• Conduct and document regular facility inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
• Contract negotiation and preparation of budget
Requirements
• POSITION: FACILITY MANAGER
• SALARY: 24,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 2-weeks)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARAB candidates
• Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
• Minimum 5 years experience in facility management and other similar projects
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience in calculation and controlling of projects
• Can handle multiple projects
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office Applications
