Facility Manager (Residential Community)

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking a FACILITY MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY (Native Arabic Speaker) for our client, a Facilities Management Service Provider based in Dubai. Candidates should have experience managing residential communities, a team and budget.

- Degree in Facilities Management, Business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in Residential Community FM
- MUST BE a Native Arabic Speaker
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus
- Candidates already within UAE will be advantageous
