Salary: up to 23K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including budgeting, procurement, and office maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities and develop cleaning schedules, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
• Oversee security operations, including staff deployment, access control, and emergency response planning.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value and collaborate with sales team to optimize operational processes for client retention and acquisition.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in facilities or operations management within the real estate sector.
