Facility Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential properties. The role involves supervising a team of technicians (AC, plumbing, electrical, painting), managing tenant complaints, ensuring timely inspections, and coordinating with the receptionist and management to maintain quality standards.

The Facility Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing maintenance SOPs, scheduling preventative maintenance, documenting tasks and complaints, and managing materials or repair needs. Strong coordination and reporting skills are essential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision in the UAE
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a team of 4–5 technicians across different trades
• Experience dealing with tenant requests and coordinating with office staff
• Working knowledge of maintenance tracking tools and SOPs
• Must be proficient in basic English and Arabic
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
