Factory/General Manager Up To 25k Aed For A Paper Manufacturing Company In Dubai
• Day to day operations not limited to production
• Day to day production planning of cup production
• Optimization of utilities
• Able to control wastages
• Budgeting and product costing
• Quality control
• implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow ever regulation

Requirements

• POSITION: FACTORY/GENERAL MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Paper Manufacturing Company
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, below 40 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the same industry

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience in paper cup manufacturing is a must
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership skills
