Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Production Management:
• Oversee the entire secondary manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production output, adjust schedules, and address any issues that may impact production efficiency.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.

Quality Control:
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to identify and resolve any quality issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.

Staff Management:
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Facility Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage the facility's physical infrastructure, including utilities, HVAC systems, and building maintenance.
• Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for facility-related projects and repairs.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing management, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager or as a Production Manager is mandatory with leading Manufacturing companies.
• 20+ years of experience in manufacturing (secondary manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to candidates from abroad.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Age: 40 - 52 years

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
