Factory Manager - Interior Fit Out / Joinery

Job description / Role

Our client, Fit Out Joinery & Interior Company, is looking for a Factory Manager to work in their production factory in Jebel Ali, Dubai. In this role, the job holder will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, etc
• Managing all work and providing a timeline for production
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Must have at least 5 years of work experience in the same role
• Must have a fit out / interior company
• Used to work in a busy environment
• Flexible and willing to work outside the standard working hours if needed
• Willing to work in Jebel Ali, Dubai
