Position Title: Factory Supervisor (Fit out and Joinery)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a Fit out & Joinery and Interior Design with own manufacturing company

Job Role:
- Oversee the production process; operating and coordination with the different department - production, estimation, commercial, purchase, logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials to projects and to ensure that projects are progressing commercially correct
- Assist Manager in organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
- Responsible for the performance and quality output in the factory; ensuring the finished product is as per the dimension mentioned in the approved drawings

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Any nationality
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in same position and 5 years of experience in Manufacturing industry of fit out & joinery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be available for 2 days technical assessment
- Candidates able to join immediately will be preferred
