Family Medicine Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care for individuals and families across all age groups. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting health and well-being, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, and managing chronic health conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, routine check-ups, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Counsel and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients, including referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in family medicine and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.

- Medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Family Medicine.
- Proven experience working as a Family Medicine Consultant, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in medical research and education.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
