SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced consultant in family medicine to join our team. As a consultant in family medicine, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, acute and chronic illness management, and promoting overall wellness.

In this role, you will conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments and physical examinations to diagnose patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations
• Administer preventive care measures, such as vaccinations and screenings
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, providing appropriate interventions and referrals
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in family medicine
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a consultant in family medicine
• Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
