Family Medicine Consultant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of chronic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health in a supportive and progressive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to promote preventive care.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Perform routine health examinations, immunizations, and screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and participate in community health initiatives and health promotion activities.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine.
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and trainees when required.

- Medical degree with specialty training in Family Medicine or General Practice.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Family Medicine Consultant or equivalent role.
- Strong clinical skills with excellent diagnostic and patient management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and diverse healthcare setting.
