Position Title: Farm Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying the fresh produce to major markets of UAE.
Job Description:
- Planning all agri-inputs programs readiness on time like: plants, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and others
- Making regular visits for the different divisions to inspect crops, and also perform data analysis for all data deriving on daily basis from all the crew and all the departments like: irrigation, operation, fertigation, IPM, financial, commercial and packhouse departments in order to ensure that entire team aligned with same pre-planned direction
- Recommending immediate improvements whenever needs in any department at all levels
- Coordinating with HR and participate in the recruitment and make training for his close team if necessary
- Preparing & doing follow ups on costing budgets and operational reports
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 10 years of farm experience
- Candidate must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
