Fashion Consultant - Level Shoes (Chloe)

On behalf of CHLOE , we are hiring for a Fashion Consultant (Stylist) to join our team in Level Shoes in Dubai Mall.

Working as a Chloé Fashion Consultant means being:

- Sales driven by using appropriate sales techniques
- Reaching monthly and weekly store targets with the team
- Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
- Developing cross-selling
- Client oriented by creating an emotional connection with our customers
- Bringing to life the Chloé customer experience
- Developing the client book and updating the customer database
- Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
- Vigilant to respect the floor zoning
- A responsive co-worker by working hand in hand with the team
- Conducting weekly cycle counts and general inventories
- Abiding by Richemont and Maisons processes and procedures
- Brand Ambassador by reaching exceptional standards of excellence
- Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends, collections and Chloé Moment trainings
- Following the Chloé Grooming and attitudes guidelines
- Fashion forward by making the difference with a unique know-how
- Offering an inspiring and creative advice to the customer
- Following and reading latest fashion news
