We are seeking a highly motivated Fashion Consultant.
As a Client Advisor at Jil Sander, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships with clients. Your primary role is to assist customers in discovering and purchasing Jil Sander's luxury products, while ensuring that their expectations are exceeded through excellent service and product knowledge.

What you'll be doing
Customer Service & Sales:
- Deliver a personalized and high-touch customer experience that reflects the values of the Jil Sander brand.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on products and styling.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting client needs into successful sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand's collections, materials, and craftsmanship to provide product knowledge to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize the store's CRM system to manage client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring consistent follow-up and personalized service.
- Proactively reach out to clients regarding new collections, product launches, and special events.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Assist with maintaining the store's visual presentation, ensuring that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure the store is always tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
Operational Support:
- Support the team with daily store operations, including stock management, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Clienteling and CRM database
- Passionate and knowledgeable about styling is mandatory. Deep understanding of luxury products and trends.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (minimum 2 years), preferably within fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Results-driven and motivated by exceeding sales goals.
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
