Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a female administrative support with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, accommodate visitors, polite and professional communication via phone and email, the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage calls
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Schedule and confirm meetings.
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Use computer to create and generate reports.
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Listing properties on CRM – MyCRM
• Prepares tenancy contract and MOU
• Well aware to use Trakheesi system & knowledge of all Real Estate forms(A, B etc.)
• Manage and update platforms like property finder, bayut, dubizzle, etc.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• Prior administrative experience
• Real Estate experience is preferred but not a must
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail
