Position Title: Female Barista / Cashier / Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to AED 3,500 plus tips depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Dubai Marina (near DMCC Metro Station)

Looking for a flexible and presentable person that enjoys working with a team serving customers coffee and snacks covering all Batista duties. Great communication skills with happy, friendly personality is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty, and artisan drinks, along with snacks.
2. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, equipment, and service areas.
3. Suggest and upsell products to customers.
4. Operate the POS system, handle cash, and coordinate with suppliers and deliveries.
5. Stock products and monitor inventory levels.

Qualifications:
1. Female, Filipina or Nepali, non-smoker, aged 30 years or below.
2. Flexible, presentable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
3. Friendly, positive personality with good communication skills.
4. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in coffee houses, waitressing, guest services, or cashier roles is an advantage; freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
