Female European Promoter up to 6k Aed for a High- End Restaurant in Dubai

- POSITION: PROMOTER
- SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: High-End Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: The Pointe, Palm, Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to EASTERN EUROPEAN candidates
- Russian speaker is required
- Female, below 35 years old

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Take questions and attempts to persuade consumer or clients to buy the product
- Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma of any relevant course
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience
- Presentable and good communication skills is a must
- Strong listening, presentation and social skills
- Proven track record of successful promotions
- Customer-oriented approach
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Deep product knowledge
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
