Job description / Role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review client worksheets in advance in preparation for client’s treatment/visit.
2. Consult with client to determine client’s objectives and needs; make recommendations prior to starting work.
3. Service all assigned clients professionally and complete service within the established time frame.
4. Conduct Client Education during service concerning products being used and proper tools to maintain their desired look.
5. Complete each service with a retail product recommendation.
6. Recommend rebooking after service.
7. Document the client’s treatment as soon as service is completed and present worksheet to the receptionist for entry into computer database.

Specific Duties:
1. Provide face mapping and in-depth skin analysis
2. Evaluate skin condition, perform consultation and discuss right treatment for skin
3. Administer appropriate service agreed with the client
4. Ensure right products are used during the treatment
5. Ensure safety procedures and techniques are followed
6. Demonstrate expertise in handling related products, tools and equipment
7. Demonstrate familiarity with all facial and skin treatments and products available at the salon

Requirements

Candidates with other salon-related skills such as body treatments or massage, nail care and enhancements, grooming services or make-up are highly preferred. Ideal candidate should have minimum experience of 2 years within the UAE.

Education: Bachelor's Degree attested by MOFA.
