Female Filipino Receptionist Cum Accountant up to 3.5k Aed for a Dental Clinic Based in Dubai.

• Greeting people entering the clinic, determine the nature and purpose of the visit
• Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
• Maintain and update appointment calendars
• Maintains tidy and well organized reception area

Requirements

• POSITION: Receptionist Cum Accountant
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED monthly gross depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Dental Clinic
• LOCATION: JLT, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO nationals
• Female, 23 to 35 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist preferably coming from a dental clinics
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures with basic accounting including cash handling
• Experience in customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledgeable in any accounting software such Quickbooks, Peachtree, Tally, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under-pressure
