Female Fitness Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and energetic Female Admin & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our boutique fitness studio. The ideal candidate has a strong fitness background, excellent administrative skills, and the confidence to handle membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
• Manage class schedules, trainer coordination, and studio upkeep
• Handle client enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
• Maintain records, reports, attendance, and POS systems
• Manage inventory, studio supplies, and vendor coordination
• Ensure studio SOPs and cleanliness standards are followed

Sales & Customer Service

• Handle membership enquiries and convert leads into sales
• Guide prospective members through membership options and packages
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and frozen memberships
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and community engagement

• Female candidate (due to operational and privacy requirements)
• Prior experience in fitness, gym operations, front desk, or sales
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Confident in selling memberships and maintaining follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of fitness, training concepts, and studio operations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
