Job description / Role
Female Hostess up to 3K AED++ for a Luxurious Golf Club in Dubai
• Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions and seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service and responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions
• A knowledge of the menu
• Helping with other positions in the restaurant as needed
• Providing great customer service
Requirements
• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage
• Years of experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Hotel/FnB setting
• Lounge experience is an added advantage
• Must be presentable and well-groomed
• Truly passionate about hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide prompt, efficient, friendly and quality service at all times
