Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Legal Executive will be responsible to provide legal advices and support to the legal team and company units.

Job Responsibilities:
• Incorporation of new companies, preparing addendums to the memorandum of association and other related documents.
• Drafting Legal notices, letters, memos and other legal documents.
• Drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and agreements.
• Consult with the relevant authorities in order to carry out and complete transactions related to the establishment of new companies, licenses renewable and other transactions.
• Consult with Dubai Courts (Rental Dispute Center) to follow up the executions of cases pertaining to the company.
• Handle property tenant’s disputes with Rental Dispute Center and drafting all litigation memorandums.
• Follow up on bounced cheques with finance department and raise cases as per internal procedure.
• Trademarks registration in the UAE.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Must be experienced in drafting, reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Fluent in Arabic Language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft office. .
• Good Knowledge of real estate property law, laws of contracts, construction contracts laws and labor law.
